The Property

This stunning house is located on a hill and surrounded by vineyards and with panoramic views of the beautiful landscape.

The house is built in natural stone, whitewashed facade and dark shutters are built in three floors and in very good condition. This is a house to be social in and the many bedrooms and the house’s outline with open floor plan and a sub-floor which was built as a “guest apartment” with its own kitchen and separate entrance making it easy and convenient to receive overnight friends and family. The house also has an unbeatable location where the Mediterranean beaches as well as the Alps ski systems and metropolitan pulse in Milan, Genoa and Turin can be reached in only 1.5 hours.

Below the hill, a short walk from the house, lies the town of Santo Stefano Belbo, which along with the neighboring municipality of Canelli offers all kinds of services, a wide range of shops and of course the classic Italian square where locals socialize with each other and enjoying their coffee, their gelato and wine. The area further brightens through the many wine festivals and various types of festivals that are nice touches in the local culture.
